As a London family and child photographer I am frequently travelling all over the city to various beautiful outdoor locations for my portrait sessions and Hampstead Heath is one of my favourite settings. It's so wonderful to have gloriously long summer evenings for my photography sessions, not to mention rhododendrons, woodland full of wild primrose and fields of yellow buttercups for children to run around in and explore.. okay so I am totally addicted to photographing subjects in flowers, but how could I not mention it here!

This lovely family photo shoot in Hampstead Heath was one of my first since setting up my boutique child and family photography business in London. Hampstead Heath is perfect for family photoshoots for those families living in St John's Wood, Primrose Hill and Highgate in North London; it is absolutely full of gorgeous locations; a photographer's dream!

I had such fun photographing adorable 3 year old Ava and her bunny who of course could not be left out of the photos. We played in the buttercup meadows and explored in the wooded areas and captured lots of genuine, natural expressions. The late summer golden light was just delicious as well.
