The gorgeous family featured in these photos live in Notting Hill, West London and wandered over to Holland Park with their beautiful new baby Senna, 5 weeks old, for their family photoshoot. The early morning light was just glorious, and we virtually had the place to ourselves, save for a handful of peacocks and yogis in the Kyoto Garden. We started with some family portraits in the ornamental gardens, and then made our way to the rose gardens and Japanese garden. There is so much choice of beautiful flowers and backgrounds in this park; it is just a perfect location for photos if you live in the Kensington/Notting Hill area.

Of course it depends on the weather, but for new parents it's a great option to consider an outdoor session in a beautiful location for your baby photos and family portraits rather than indoors... but then I am a sucker for sunlight and flowers and lovely soft flattering light, so I am biased! In this case it worked really well as Senna was more than happy to be cuddled and snuggled amidst the flowers in the park! Such a lovely little family!
