Please note the following:

(1) the session fee includes up to an hour of my time photographing you.

(2) the session fee does not include the edited digital images or any fine art prints or wall art (these may be purchased if you wish to do so after your session). No un-edited images (or RAW files) will be available for purchase or otherwise.

(3) payment of the session fee is confirmation of your booking.

(4) the session fee is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before your session, at the discretion of the photographer.

(5) in the event of poor weather conditions, illness etc, the session will be re-scheduled.

(6) I aim to photograph a variety of different combinations of family members, but working with children there is no guarantee as to what can be achieved (and therefore no obligation to purchase any of the images after the session).
